“I recently purchased a new 3 ton Trane high efficiency heat pump system installed December 2024, unfortunately I haven’t had heat during the late night/early morning since installation. Greenfox eagerly attempted to resolve the problem with no successful remedy!
At this point now all my calls and request via texts for technician to diagnose has been ignored, I am totally frustrated and disappointed with their poor customer service and communication while under warranty! Be Aware!”
