“I recently purchased a new 3 ton Trane high efficiency heat pump system installed December 2024, unfortunately I haven’t had heat during the late night/early morning since installation. Greenfox eagerly attempted to resolve the problem with no successful remedy!
At this point now all my calls and request via texts for technician to diagnose has been ignored, I am totally frustrated and disappointed with their poor customer service and communication while under warranty! Be Aware!”

My heat pump had some issues recently which got fixed with minimal expense. He and his staff (both administrative and technical) were very knowledgeable, thorough, extremely courteous and professional. In the past, I recommended his services for some community big projects, his company performed very well. The feedback I received was, that the job was done professionally and at a very reasonable price.

“It has been over one week since Greenfox representative visited my home to provide estimate to replace HVAC system.
When I phoned today to inquire about typical turn-around time, receptionist asked for my info to give to the service manager "when she saw him". The 2nd time I inquired about typical turnaround time, she hung up on me.
Apparently, Greenfox doesn't want this straight-forward $20,000+ job in an easy to install single family home.
So sad.”
