“After a questionable misdiagnosis from another HVAC company where they claimed I needed a new Furnace Control Board ($1,350), I contacted Greenfox and Roger came out the next day was able to properly identify the problem in less than 10 minutes (a cut wire to a sensor) and when he reconnected the wire, everything worked again! So it was apparently not the Control Board, or any actual part that was bad. My thanks to Roger and Greenfox for a wonderful service experience. I would highly recommend Greenfox to anyone looking for an honest and experienced company right here in Howard County.”
