“It has been over one week since Greenfox representative visited my home to provide estimate to replace HVAC system.
When I phoned today to inquire about typical turn-around time, receptionist asked for my info to give to the service manager "when she saw him". The 2nd time I inquired about typical turnaround time, she hung up on me.
Apparently, Greenfox doesn't want this straight-forward $20,000+ job in an easy to install single family home.
So sad.”
